High Protein Oatmeal & Yogurt Recipe

Need a great pre or post workout meal packed with high quality protein and complex carbs from oatmeal? I got this great recipe, that cooks itself overnight in a mason jar from one of my students, Andriy, who takes my Cross Training Revolution class at Equinox in Beverly Hills. It’s delicious and filling!
fill 1/4 mason jar with oatmeal, 1/4 jar with milk, 1/3 Fage yogurt, teaspoon or two of chia seeds add fruit (your choice of banana and almond butter, strawberries, pineapple, peach, etc.) Mix it up, close, and put it in the fridge the night before. It’s ready to eat in the morning. You can use steel cut oats which are the best for you!
