Meet jill

Hi, I am Jill, Physical Transformation Specialist.

I am a Los Angeles based Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach, Functional Strength Coach, Personal Trainer and Nutritionist.  With over 30+ years of experience in teaching, training & being obsessed with continuing my education, I have transformed thousands of lives through changing habits around fitness & healthy choices.

I specialize in bodies in their 40’s, 50’s, 60s’ and beyond when the strategies you used in your 20’s & 30’s no longer work and life gets real. I also work with younger clientele who want a more experienced
coach.
I help people hwho’ve “tried everything but nothing workss.”  Together I help them finally burn stubborn fat, build lean muscle and improve their metabolic health using my customizable system of client centered coaching in nutrition, movement and the rock solid fitness program I have developed over the last 20 years.
Outside of the gym or studio, I am also a Content Creator and Consultant for infomercials, fitness products, marketing videos and related media. Somewhere along the way, I became and “Influencer and thanks to my background in journalism and media, I started blogging in 2009. In front of the camera, I am a Show Host, Fitness Lifestyle Model, and Spokesperson.
