Meet jill

Hi, I am Jill, Physical Transformation Specialist.

I am a Los Angeles based Certified Functional Fitness & Nutrition Expert Coach. With over 27+ years of experience in teaching, training & being obsessed with continuing my education, I have transformed thousands of lives through fitness & healthy lifestyle changes.

I specialize in bodies in their 40’s, 50’s, 60s’ and beyond when the strategies you used in your 20’s & 30’s no longer work. I also work with younger clientele who want a more experienced
coach.
My day job is helping people shed stubborn fat, build lean muscle and improve their metabolic health using my customizable system of nutrition, intermittent fasting (when appropriate) and the rock solid fitness program I have developed over the last 15 years.
Outside of the gym or studio, I am also a Content Producer and Consultant for infomercials, fitness products, marketing videos and related media. Somewhere along the way, I became and “Influencer and thanks to my background in journalism and media, I started blogging in 2009. In front of the camera, I am a Show Host, Fitness Lifestyle Model, and Spokesperson.
