More Game, Less Pain – Easing Back Pain Issues in Volleyball players (and other jumping, twisting, lunging sports)!

Back injuries account for up to 14% of all Volleyball Injuries.  Think of all those moves you make:  jumping, reaching, crash landing, back bending and twisting… I just felt a sympathy twinge in my back while writing that!  When you put those types of stresses on your back over and over again, it’s no wonder your back gets tweaked!  Volleyball injuries are generally due either to overuse (a chronic injury), or from a sudden trauma (an acute injury) where just one wrong move takes you out of the game.   Common ailments causing chronic or acute back pain are….
