Are you taking a beach vacation? Don’t just sit in the sand. Use the soft white stuff for resistance – it makes you work harder, giving you more bang for your buck. And the unstable surface helps strengthen the muscles of your ankles and lower legs – hello calves!! Here’s one of my favorite workouts ever. This was the beach next to a boutique hotel we stayed at in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. Plus, the beach is the most beautiful gym I can think of!
