The Warrior Get Up

Tired of the ol’ Turkish Get Up or not having fun with it?  Here’s a variation that’s another take on balance challenge – in plank!  Try this one on for size next time you grab your kettlebell.  Remember to practice with a light one first (or a dumbbell). This is the Warrior Get Up.
