  • LeanLines Sculpting & Toning (Barre & Pilates infused workout with light dumbbells)
  • Tabata! and Tabata+ Plus (HIIT workouts with minimal equipment needed)
  • MetaMelt (a metabolic conditioning workout for strength and cardio)
  • PHIIT (Pilates based intervals, no prior experience needed)
  • Total Body Tone Up with Bands
  • Fully Functional (Functional strength training plus agility and mobility drills)
  • Express Workouts

 

Express 30 minute workouts:

  • Tank Top Arms
  • Ab Lab
  • Booty Blast
  • Recovery Stretch & Flow

The schedule updates regularly.

Saturdays

  • 10:30 AM Outdoor Boot Camp in the Park @ Culver City. (email invite is sent the day before).  Email me to get on the invite list and join the fun! ($25/ per session)
  • Client Training / Nutrition Coaching

Sundays

  • Nutrition & Health Coaching
