While you may not see me face-to-face, the app you will be receiving your program on allows you to message me anytime. Also, I may not be there in person to demonstrate the exercises, but there are step by step video tutorials of every exercise to ensure you have perfect form. Still not sure about the technique? There’s also an option for video calls. So, I’ve got all those issues handled. Plus the app is so easy to use. Just open it up and your messages, tasks and workouts are right at your fingertips.

What do I get with my online training program?

Customized Training

A customized training plan based on your personal unique needs, goals and preferences. You simply tell me what types of equipment you have access to and what you want to use. It can even be all body weight exercises. Your workouts can be done and home, a gym or a combination of both.

Unlimited Support

Unlimited support from me via messages. I will reach out to you at least once a week to check in. And, you can message me at any time to ask questions, voice concerns, or just tell me how you’re doing.

Video Support

If you have any issues with technique, send me a video or do a video chat with me and I can analyze your form, provide feedback or make changes.

App

To help maximize results and see your progress, the app contains tracking tools for nutrition, exercise, body stats, and more. You will get easy to read charts as you complete your workouts, put in your body stats and complete your tasks. This allows you to see how you are doing over time.

Daily Report

I get daily reports from the app showing me how well you are sticking to you program and I can see your progress. Either weekly, or bi-weekly we will have a coaching call to review your program and progress. I can make adjustments as needed. We will also review your body stats, nutritional strategy, etc.

How do I get started?

After you pay for your program, you will receive an email confirming payment, a set-up link for the app, and the intake documents.

Once you’re set-up on the app and documents are complete, I will create your 12-week customized program based on the information you provide on your questionnaire and our communications. Or you can opt to pay monthly for ongoing training and cancel at any time.

Your training program will:

• Be built around your schedule
• Be appropriate for your fitness level
• Be focused on the type of exercises you already enjoy or want to do
• Follow the training principles shown to increase strength, stamina, mobility, flexibility, muscle growth and fat loss, or whichever of these your goals.
