Listen, everyone has to start somewhere. When I graduated college and joined a gym, I couldn’t do 20 minutes on a stair machine. The trainer at the gym told me I was to start off with this machine for 20 min. a pop, 3 times a week. I wanted to shoot myself! Fortunately there were group fitness classes downstairs in this gym also. Having an encouraging instructor to follow along with made 20 min. fly by. Classes were closer to an hour.
In honor of all of you who are just starting, I created a series for GymRa to target beginners. These are full body workouts but very gentle using light weights and your own body weight. Let’s get started and I’ll be right by your side!
