Take It Outside Pt. 2
Here’s last Saturday’s SuperSet workout. Heavy ropes, Equalizers, Kbells, and more. Legs were fried at the end of this one! Give it a try. Oh, and I also warmed up with 1000 jumps on my jumprope (not shown). Let me know if you try it!

Sometimes you just gotta get out of the gym. Every Sat. after my outdoor “boot camp” I do one for myself. If you have this gear, get outside and get your total body burned with a workout like this!
