What do I get with the 12-week Intensive Transformation Program?

 

You get 12-weeks of both my On-On-One Personal Training Program online and my Personal Nutrition Coaching Program combined. Plus ways to improve your overall wellness that can help speed up weight loss and hormonal weight gain.

What can you expect?

You tell me what you want to accomplish and I help you achieve it.  You have me by your side as your personal fitness, nutrition and health coach for 12-weeks.  I will be dedicated to helping you become fitter, leaner, stronger, and feel better than ever.  There’s no one-size-fits-all workout program to follow or complicated meal plans.

In our initial assessment call, I will learn about your lifestyle, your struggles, your strengths, your needs and your specific goals.  From there I will work on creating a 12-week fitness program for you based on the types of workouts you want to do and enjoy.  I can make adjustments to it at any time.

We will do a full review of your lifestyle habits so I can see what may be hampering your weight loss or causing hormonal cravings.

For your nutrition, we will have weekly coaching sessions by phone or video chat.  I will help you overcome your biggest struggles, get past any obstacles that arise, modify your program as needed and, offer solutions to whatever de-rails your progress.  You won’t be following a “diet.”  You’ve probably learned the hard way by now that those just don’t work in the long run and often leave you worse off in the end.  We will however, find the right method of eating that works for you so you can say goodbye to diets forever.

The support you need

As your coach, I will give you accountability, focus and direction to guide you to your goal.  I’m here to help you stay consistent no matter what life throws at you.

You’ll be able to reach out to me anytime either through the fitness coaching app or directly.  For the entire program, I  will regularly review your progress, offer insights, and check in with you to provide support and guidance.  This is the stuff I live and breathe.
