Take It Outside Pt. 2

Here’s last Saturday’s SuperSet workout.  Heavy ropes, Equalizers, Kbells, and more.  Legs were fried at the end of this one!  Give it a try.  Oh, and I also warmed up with 1000 jumps on my jumprope (not shown).  Let me know if you try it!
