  • 10 or 11 AM “Revenge Workout” Metabolic Conditioning Boot Camp + Pilates in Santa Monica. (Time is confirmed the day before)  This workout combines agility training, Tabata intervals, Body weight suspension training with the Ab  Assist Plus, and mat work to tighten those trouble zones!  It’s great for most every body.  Email me on how to join the fun!
